A Little About Us…

Air Conditioning and Heating Repair, Sales, and Replacement by Tom Durbin,
serving the Dallas and Fort Worth area .

Who?        Tom Durbin, our owner, is a Master Air Conditioning Technician with
over 45+ years of experience. Mr. Durbin learned the trade in the Family Business
from his father, so there is very little he hasn't seen in the way of Air Conditioning
and Heating Repairs and Replacements. That kind of experience is hard to find
these days. Mr. Durbin is class ( A ) environmental licensed and certified by the
State of Texas in Air Conditioning design, installation,repair & service, also holds
Commercial Refrigeration class ( A ) licensed, he is Geo-thermal Certified by the
IGSHPA Assoc., and is a sheet metal Journeyman in design and fabricator. Mr.
Durbin is passing along his knowledge to our Technicians and employees so if
they can’t answer your questions, he certainly can.

What?        We are a Full Service Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning
and Heating Repair company serving the Dallas and Ft. Worth area. We are
recognized as an A+ rated Angie’s List contractor and an A + rating from the
Better Business Bureau. Our sales department offers several lines and
manufactures of AC equipment like Carrier, Amana, and Goodman for
replacement of your old systems. Our Air Conditioning Installation crews are
some of the best in town and are Tom Durbin employees, trained and supervised
by Mr. Durbin himself. We are licensed by the State of Texas and are fully insured
for your peace of mind.

Where?         We are conveniently located at 536 Long Creek Rd. in Sunnyvale,
Texas in Dallas, County. We serve the Dallas and Fort Worth and surrounding
area with Air Conditioning & Heating service, install,repair, sales and replacement
of your HVAC systems.

When?         Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday / Friday. Our
technicians are available for Emergency, Weekend and after hours demand
